About Panadent

Panadent was founded in 1974 by Dr. Robert L. Lee who published his research on “Jaw Movements Engraved in Solid Plastic for Articulator Controls” in the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry in 1969 which lead to the development of the Panadent Articulator System. Panadent also worked with Dr. John C. Kois to develop the Kois Dento-Facial Analyzer and has been involved with the Kois Center for over 15 years.
founderMr. Thomas Lee is the son of Dr. Robert Lee and President of Panadent Corporation, a company dedicated to providing quality innovative products and exceptional customer service to the dental profession. Drawing from the heritage of innovation, Panadent continues supporting and working with top clinicians, teaching facilities and dental schools throughout the world developing new products to make the Panadent System compatible with all specialties. Mr. Lee holds several patents and has lectured nationally and internationally with his extensive knowledge in articulator design and its relationship to occlusion and esthetics.
